      Pros

      My coworkers were wonderful. You also have a lot of downtime on some days. Management was not always in the office breathing down our necks.

      Cons

      The pay does not equate to the amount of work you have to do. There was often times where we felt like we couldn't trust or depend on our supervisors.

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
