Pros

Executive leadership seems very kind and still passionate about what they originally set out to build. At the ground level in Dallas - Technology, your teammates are the best part of the day-to-day work. You will have great colleagues. There is a great bonus structure in place that will allow you to increase your net income quickly once you start making hires. The relationship between recruiting and sales is great in Dallas - Tech. You won't find yourself bickering or fighting, and that's big in this industry. A parental leave policy was created that seemed great for those who were able to utilize it. The company increased PTO to 3 weeks. VERY diverse company across the board. Not in every office, but Dallas seemed to be a melting pot and it was cool to be in that environment.

Cons

This is related to the Dallas Technology division only: Recruiting leadership has a totalitarian management style, which is confirmed by the number of exits in the last calendar year. The average national turnover rate for staffing agencies in 2023 is roughly 25% and the rate for recruiting in Dallas - Tech was easily DOUBLE that. Turnover in the Sales department is a fraction of that for comparison's sake - great tenure amongst that group. Ultimately, you are not paid to think and grow as a recruiter, you are paid to do exactly what they say, how they say it and make as many calls as possible. In large part, the local business is more VMS vs Manager Contact. Company Level: Insurance premiums for a family are a lot higher than they should be and can eat up a good portion of your check depending on where your spread is at. Cut back on the holiday party some and give more back to the people. No 401(k) until after your first year and they don't match a penny once it kicks in.

Pros

I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons.
