      Pros

      - weekly pay - decent incentives - working with managers and building out successful long term relationships on your own, not because of Beacon Hill

      Cons

      - poor management, no guidance - degrading “team” environment - feels far from a team effort - toxic workplace environment - no work life balance, expect work done after hours with no reciprocation - tense, passive aggressive, negative environment - starts with management and trickles down - in office 5 days a week - remote work based on production

      Pros

      I can't say enough nice things about Beacon Hill. I work directly with Kathryn Schmitt. Having her in my corner is a true luxury. She communicates quickly and thoroughly and advocates for me with determination and finesse. When we talk, I always feel as if she is really listening and cares. I completely trust her, greatly enjoy our working relationship, and truly value Beacon Hill as a result. Likewise, her colleagues are also very caring and so professional. Being placed by Beacon Hill and having stayed with the same excellent company for over four and a half years says it all.
