The culture is a unique blend of intensity, high expectations and an absolute blast. The team is so human, hilarious, hard-working, and genuinely good people.

Some days are longer than others and it's incredibly fast paced which is not a con for me, but for others who define work life balance as a true 9-5 this is not always going to provide that. If you enjoy an integration of work and life and really want to build something with a great team, its 10/10. Great place for an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to learn grow and move the needle in a really tangible way.

Great products, big enough company, I hear competitive pay but I'm not sure since I still have not been paid - absolutely not worth it.

My experience: 1. I was hired to do two things at an agreed upon deposit and then the rest of my hours would be billed later. I sent the invoice for a deposit (which has still not been paid) and was told that was not what was agreed upon but emails said otherwise. 2. The project I was given was impossible to finish without significant extra resources and I spent nearly double the time I originally quoted on it to try and make it work but was only going to bill what I said originally and what we agreed upon because that was my mistake. 3. When I sent the invoice for the agreed upon hours I was asked to account for every hour - which was not previously discussed. My advice: Get everything in writing, and even if you do be prepared for them to gaslight you if for some reason it's worth it for you to decide to work for this horrific company.
