Pros

The BDC Manager is amazing, the coworkers are great, the pay USED to be great

Cons

They cut the pay for BDC Agents because they claim they can’t afford it, the service manager is power hungry and is trying to knock everyone down to get his way

Pros

Great, close-knit group. Easy to speak to managers and senior management.

Cons

Pay could be better. Depends on manager, but mine personally doesn't bring a positive culture to the workplace.
