Pros
Safety is the number one priority. The hours are good and the 9/80 work schedule is very nice. This work schedule allows employees to work 80 hours over 9 days and have your 10th day off. This means you get every other Friday off of work. The projects are interesting and there are a lot of smart people who have been at the company a long time. There is no shortage of mentors at the company.
Cons
Negativity inside the company a lot of the employees complain all the time about salary, dealing with the government, the crappy cubicles, and the difficulty you are met with when trying to accomplish the simplest task. Day to day life without access to a cell phone due to the secure nature of the site can also be annoying but I consider it a plus.
