Pros

The upper management team (owners, CEO, other training team members) makes themselves very available and willing to assist, aid, and train with any area you bring to their attention. These people are easy to talk to, helpful, and not at all critical of job performance. Their approach to their staff is open, friendly, and to educate/train their staff. The company is very client-first based and ethically sound. Quality of care for clients is emphasized far more than "number of clients." Client materials, toys, and other items are purchased frequently to provide clients with the best quality of care when teaching social skills, daily living skills, and other skills needed to be successful in life.

Cons

I do not have any cons. This company does a great job of achieving quality of client care and invests in their employees.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
