Clinical Operations Manager - Clinical Operations Manager Behavioral Innovations Employee Review

Pros

It really depends on the location you work. I saw a lot of the locations relying on the RBT's, so if you are looking at gaining more experience or having your voice heard you can sometimes make a difference in the client's programming here. There is also a bit of a path you can take to move up from RBT to Lead Therapist and Clincial Operations Manager.

Cons

This company is so focused on making money that they are willing to let the quality of therapy suffer. They are so wrapped up in opening new clinics and getting as many clients as possible that they are understaffed as far as BCBA's and their caseloads are unmanageable. They are willing to open new clinics when the clinics they already have do not have BCBA's.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
