Pros

Everyone who works here is passionate and deeply cares about the overall mission. Feels very family oriented. Also, great work/life balance Very innovative in their approach and friendly When there is an issue, they fix it and develop new processes/policy Management is facilitative and really mentor you college reimbursement up to $35k (can spend how you want) free conferences and they are all expenses paid free relocation great medical/dental/vision new facilities

Cons

they need to get the message out about all the positive changes they are making and the new incentives/benefits need a stronger presence on social media (which they are working on)

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
