Pros

BI will pay for you to get the training it takes to be an RBT, give you full-time hours even if your kiddo is sick, and you get benefits at 30 hours/week. The pay is also reasonable.

Cons

Management and leadership are extremely self- absorbed. All levels of management within the office are inexperienced at leading and make staff feel very under valued. At best all local management are supervisors, not leaders. For an ABA company, they do not positively reinforce staff on an individual basis whatsoever. Senior leadership constantly promises things they can't deliver and talk out or both sides of their mouth. No growth unless you're going to be a BCBA. In 15 years of working, I have never worked for a company and management team that cared so little about their staff.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
