High turn over at every level - Anonymous employee Behavioral Innovations Employee Review

Pros

High growth organization in terms of scale. will grow tremendously in the next few years.

Cons

The company is expanding too rapidly with extremely high turn over at both the RBT/ BCBA level & leadership within the organization (the CFO, VP of Marketing, Regional Ops Manager, Regional Clinical Manager, Director of Intake, Chief Human Resource Officer, the entire Marketing team and MORE). This organization promises growth upon hire, but does not share new positions with current employees; BCBA's were denied application to the Regional Clinical position as HR struggles to bring on enough BCBA's. Expect high case loads and perpetual challenge to bring on more clients regardless of ethical standards. RBT's are payed at a much lower rate than the competition. Individuals that are well tenured receive less pay than new individuals. Corporate employees were not invited to apply to any of the many C-level positions either as all of the leadership was brought from outside the organization with the exception of one promotion. There have been many campaigns pumped across local centers regarding the culture of the organization, with no application. The culture of each center is reliant on its individual team. Leadership is in disarray, intake struggles & the demand of your individual position is constantly evolving. Many employees are always in fear for their jobs. Do not apply here.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
