Pros

The clinical operations manager and administration director are great! There are some wonderful therapists in the center but they tend to have a hard time sustaining because of all the other weight they have to carry due to others not doing their part (also called their job). Every now and then you may receive a lunch or gift card but it is usually related to you being over worked or you earned the gift card in some form or fashion.

Cons

The BCBA's are oblivious or do not care about so much that goes on in the center. Either way it's unacceptable. They have their pets of therapists and they can do NO wrong. Behavioral Innovations as a whole makes things appear to be about the clients and their families but really it's about money. Typical over worked and underpaid situation. HUGE bullying environment and the two BCBA's there play their part in it too. Corporate seems to rarely be organized when it comes to requirements as to how anyone can gain a raise. When they are organized, it seems to be in ways that are related to how they are not going to spend money on important things( equipment for therapy or added security for clients that can and have easily eloped from the actual center). If someone tests positive for Covid-19, they want to talk to the county's Health Department on the employee's behalf. Keeping the center clean even in a time of Covid-19 is not a real concern as far as actual actions taking place. Could share more but hopefully enough of a picture has been painted for anyone considering this location.

Thank you for your feedback. Appears there are some areas that warrant some discussions with leaders in your center and area. It's encouraging to hear that the CA and COM you feel are having an impact, but would like to learn more about some of of the others things you are experiencing in the centers. If you would be willing to reach out to Human Resources, Center leadership or the Regional Director of Operations that would be helpful to immediately address any and all of your concerns.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
