Pros

The kids are the only good part, but you'll have them at any ABA office.

Cons

Main thing: you can do the SAME work and get paid more at their competitor. They spend all their money recruiting and under pay RBTs. Upper management and corporate are trash and will do anything to keep the center open - even when bathrooms are not working. The pay you get after a year here, is what other companies start at. I've been here a few months and am ready to leave.

Paid training. My clinic had great management that supported us, but other locations may not have the same experience.

Pay is too low for the client case load and the needs of our clients.
