Human resources is absolutely awful. The company does not care about their employees, they see each child as a paycheck. They don’t care about any values, they sweep all complaints made about workers, very serious allegations, under the rug. The company likes to overwork you and not compensate you correctly

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
