Pros

None. For your own benefit, please, stat away.

Cons

I have never before been so verbally abused, dismissed and told that I was easily replaceable by management even though I always maintained top revenue numbers. No matter how well you do, it is never enough and they are always putting more on your plate because no one ever stays long. At one point, all of HR and Marketing quit so as Center Administrators, we absorbed all of their responsibilities. Once that they see you can do it, what you were told was short-term until they hire someone to fill the old positions... they won't. These new responsibilities are yours from now on. I was expected to run a center with zero training and was told to "figure it out". If you are on salary, there is no work/life balance. When I first started here, I was so full of excitement about the company, the mission and vision, but quickly realized that those were just words on a wall and weren't a part of any decisions that were made. They are all about money, even at the expense of ethics and abuse of their employees. This is the most toxic work environment that I have ever had the displeasure of working. When I was laid off due to COVID, I felt a sense of relief. No one should feel this way about their workplace. Due to the work environment, there is a high turnover rate, even at the corporate level. When no one in corporate stays for more than a few months, that's a red flag that something isn't right! Do yourself a favor and stay away. It not worth your mental or physical health to work for a place that doesn't care about their people. They once stood for something great but as soon as investors took it over, everything changed.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
