- management/leadership does not care about you - paid too little - the company doesn't value its employees, but would rather save money for the company - very little support from the "team"

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
