I can’t say anything positive

Cons

Fir day-asked for a p&l and was asked what is that. I explained it’s a profit/loss budget. “Oh budget, you don’t have one. Whatever the bcba wants you order.” How do you run a business without checks and balances? Staff will quit on the spot Very stressful and management has 0 clue. I asked to have a meeting to resolve an issue and was told” no just deal with it”.

Paid training. My clinic had great management that supported us, but other locations may not have the same experience.

Cons

Pay is too low for the client case load and the needs of our clients.
