Cons

Horrible staff training, no support, generally dishonest in my experience. All talk on ethics but cookie cutter programming is encouraged. General disorganization with a faux company culture of caring.

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
