Good employees, good BCBA's. very rewarding job

Cons

often overstaffed which makes it difficult to get your hours for the week. Pay could be a LOT better. caps off at $20 an hour which I'm sorry maybe a few years ago would have been great..but with how expensive everything is people are still barely getting by. Not to mention how much we already have taken out with taxes and benefits if you opt in for those

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
