Pros

From executive leadership to therapists, it's obvious that the company is dedicated to providing high quality services. The leadership team cares about their employees. They listen to feedback and makes positive changes to improve employee engagement. There is a big focus on work life balance and BCBAs get 4 weeks of PTO. The company is always striving to be better and provide the highest quality ABA. They invest in their BCBAs. There is an annual conference with the leaders in our field, and they provide all in house CEUs at no cost to the staff. You can't find a better company to work for in ABA!

Cons

I wish they matched retirement contributions but it's not a deterrent at all.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
