Pros
I have been with the company for almost four years. One thing that has stuck out to me is how much they listen to their employees and do whatever they can in their power to make changes accordingly. When I started at BI the turnover rate was high. People were leaving for a variety of reasons. One in which involved pay... however I am true believer the grass will grow if you water it. Behavioral Innovations not only lets you choose how much you want to make by creating a bonus structure that let's you decide your outcomes.
Like I stated earlier they listen. This is important. They take our feedback and allow us opportunities to grow by providing trainings and conferences. Speaking of conferences and trainings, it is not often that you see your top tier leaders in on these meetings and conferences. They not only listen and provide opportunities, but they are active and involved.
I should note this is not to say I have not had a conflict while at behavioral Innovations, I have. However, Behavioral Innovations did what they could to make it right. I believe that is why I am still employed with them. I am not just a number and they want to see myself and others succeed and not throw in the towel because we were not happy with a decision that was made. They want us to grow and they have proven time and time again they are on our side.
Cons
One downside I believe is not just with BI but within the field of ABA is there is always changes and monthly BCBAs meetings are always task for us to do. There is always more we need to add on to our plate in which sometimes feels exhausting.
