Pros

My center is amazing and my center director really cares. Lots of support on the administrative side for new BCBAs. Lots of resources available. In-center allows for flexibility when a kiddo is sick and calls out. Attainable bonus structure. They offer sign on bonuses!

Cons

Forced to be on-site even if you have no kids (callouts, vacations line up so your clients are all gone by 3 yet you have to stay until 6). They no longer allow corrections on the audit (what gets you all your bonus). You are pressured to take more and more clients. They will ask you to sign a non compete that keeps you from other ABA jobs within 10-miles of any center of theirs you work at.

Pros

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
