Flexible scheduling, constant raises as you move up the ladder. The culture is pretty great, the BCBA’s are awesome.

Cons

If a client calls out and they cannot find a replacement, you lose those hours.

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.
