Communication is often poor Customer service has much room for improvement Hours being cut often Changes affecting hours and potentially pay from a corporate level Those changes are mainly affecting the little people and not upper management The merchandise (mainly clothes) are outdated and matronly (even for the elderly customers!) Too many sales and coupon pushing which dictates a certain type of customer demographic which in turn, is lessening the value of the store and hurting sales! These types of clientele are those who always expect to get a lot for little to nothing in cost. This attracts customers who aren't necessarily willing to spend a lot of money. Or frankly, cannot afford to.
