Pros
Great management! Customers are mostly pleasant and fun. The discount is great and they have days they offer double discount which is SUPER! The pay is competitive and above other retail stores like Steinmart.
Cons
Corporate jams WAY too much into the store, especially at the holidays, and unless you are real skinny or have no stroller or bags or are in a wheelchair you will have a hard time getting thru and finding the clothing is worse as there is WAY to much on the floor at once! There is not enough staff (or some caring staff) sometimes to keep up with dressing rooms and getting items back to the EXACT location they should be in a timely, if at all manner which I'm sure has cost a loss of sales until they went on clearance as no one could locate the item.
