Pros
Managers at all levels recognized the value that LP added in the overall success of the stores throughout our region. My LP managers provided my store with the physical equipment (CCTV etc) to get the job done. Most store associates bought in shortage programs that supported shrinkage.
Cons
Overall hourly rate is too low. Company reorganization reduced hours and eliminated some jobs. Turnover rate too high.
