Pay/benefits, merchandise quality, employee discount, rewards for credit, always made sure employees had their breaks and took one if they needed it
Cons
Managers were up in offices instead of circulating on the floor so it was difficult to get in touch. Management neglected to inform employees they were being laid off. it was only after being approached by the employees that they engaged in the discussion.
