Pros
They always have work to do because they can't keep employees so there is always a need for new hires. Job security. The customers are nice and fun.
Cons
Outdated equipment, severe lack of communication, disgruntled co-workers due to their pay/commission structure. I like the credit program incentives as they are a nice challenge. There is too much work for the Sales Associates to perform during their scheduled work day. Not to mention, I am absolutely exhausted and in severe pain from all of the physical labor - I should be able to primarily focus on the customers!!! After all, they are number one! I clean cottages on the side in addition to my Belk job and am no where near as tired or in pain from the physical labor of cleaning cottages. The pay is so much better too! It is a disgrace what they pay you for the amount of work they expect you to do. I thought slavery was abolished in America!!
