Pros
- The best wage you'll probably get for a first job, though not enough (see cons). - Employees that work here are the most down to earth people. I respect most of them a lot.
Cons
- You have to deal with a store manager and hr that won't work with your needs. I had to fight tooth and nail constantly to have my schedule change because of a day and/or time I could not physically work on, they would say they would "fix the issue" and never did, leading to me quitting only 3-4 months in. - I did not know where I would be working at all, I would only know when I was on the job to find out which building and department I would be working at. Nothing on the app was updated accurately to where I was going to be working at. This personally gave me a lot of stress and never gave me anytime at all to mentally prepare for the day. - For being able to do 3 different types of jobs while being under 1 job (sales, fulfillment, and unloading), I should have been paid better. $13/hour was the lowball of the century.
