Part-time and adjunct professors are treated poorly, zero support, ill equiped labs. If you a person of color/different faith you are expected to bow, or you will be singled out and experience racism. Spinless management will not stand up for the integrity of the university allows bad/failure/racist students to lead without any question. Some management will exploit an issue to climb not to solve, others will instigate students to create a problem for their own agenda. Supremacist, and secret societies, Zionist are in the front seat, they can create a problem for you if you do not conform. They talk about diversity in principle but practically does not exist.
