This company is so shameless, many of these reviews were deliberately solicited by upper management to boost ratings. - Anonymous employee Benchmark Gensuite Employee Review

Pros

It will build your work ethic. Your job title will dictate your opportunities.

Cons

This company cares so little for the actual work environment and culture that it has been emailing its current employees to generate feedback on this site to boost ratings. You will work an extensive amount of hours and not be paid for one minute of overtime, ever. This is not a "competitive" environment; it is a deliberately stressful, unproductive and selfish atmosphere. Your bonuses will not provide adequate compensation for the time you will put in. It pays ~8-10K under market value for whatever your role may be (review your job title's market worth on salary.com and compare it to any offer that's made) with the promise of "a raise, soon" which, in most cases, takes at least a year. Interpersonal relationships run rampant amongst upper management and affect how lower level employees are treated. There is no bar for performance evaluation to evaluate how you are doing until you are either promoted or let go. Turn over is incredibly high and crying on the job is a "rite of passage".

Great experience so far. Have worked here for 2 years and have learned a lot about the industry and how it works. Definitely a good company to work at.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about the company.

Pros

Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

Cons

Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.
