Very disorganized. Seems like no one really knows what they were doing. Annual Performance Reviews non-existent. You'll never really know how you're doing. Bonuses are given due to favoritism not merit. You might be criticized for your work and then you'll ask for clear examples of how to improve or what you did wrong, and you'll be given no clarity. Training is offered but never implemented. You'll have a ton of ideas to share but they will not be used. It's a top down structure. Whatever management thinks is "trending" in the industry or what other similar companies are doing, is what will be implemented - not creative, out of the box thinking. Processes, company sales goals, and organizational structure change every month. New Vice Presidents and departments announced but no road map to success and efficiency. Favoritism is clearly displayed across the organization. You are not promoted based on your work, you're promoted if the CEO likes you or not. They will have you train a new hire of a lower title and then fire you to save money. But yet spend $500,000+ on company events.
