The team is awesome and you get to interact with Global Leaders on a daily basis whose motivation can be inspirational. The company is always looking to bring fun initiatives and extra benefits to the employees during working hours and I would say that, at most levels, we have good work/life balance knowing that the company provides time flexibility and expects to receive the same from the employees if needed.
