We constantly meet and brainstorm as Leadership to evolve our induction framework and ensure that all our new team members settle in smoothly. I’m unhappy to hear about your feeling regarding the more senior team members, but of all the things I’ve read across our Glassdoor reviews and learnt from the discussions with our people, the fact that we see freshers being treated the same as more senior team members is one of my favorite!
