Pros

Friendly work environment, Work From home, Supportive Management, Appreciation for efforts taken

Cons

Difficult to maintain Work life balance. Ends up staying back after working hours as most meetings are scheduled after 5.30 IST with the US/ Europe colleagues. Few colleagues from the East side of globe do not value the time of India team folks and expect to work even after office hours.

Great experience so far. Have worked here for 2 years and have learned a lot about the industry and how it works. Definitely a good company to work at.

Pros

Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

Cons

Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.
