Pros

Opportunity for promotions. Interesting product. Innovative industry.

Cons

CEO RUINS WHAT IS OTHERWISE A GREAT CULTURE. His rudeness and arrogance rubs off on some of the leadership. Most of the employees are easy to get along with, but many of them quit because of the CEO. The HR team also does not do a good job of hiring, explaining roles, and training. This leads to a very high turnover rate. It's a shame that a few individuals are destroying a great company.

Great experience so far. Have worked here for 2 years and have learned a lot about the industry and how it works. Definitely a good company to work at.

Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

Cons

Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.
