Pros
- Wear many hats is code for "we'll work you to death and give you so many responsibilities that when people ask you what you do, you won't even know where to start or how to answer because how does one say, basically everything and a slice of toast?" - Awesome coworkers turned lifelong friends - Pay rate is pretty nice. You basically trade your sanity for a paycheck - If you like alcohol, this is the place for you - Sometimes they provide free stuff, like Starbucks coffee
Cons
- Random layoffs while also hosting expensive parties & leadership retreats - Micromanagement out the wazoo by the CEO and COO and everyone in between tbh - Working here not only caused me mental distress, but I even had to wear a heart monitor due to my anxiety levels and my heart kept going out of rhythm. And yes, I do have the medical records to back up this claim. - No clear career path or growth - Internal reorgs EVERY FRICKIN YEAR (once they did 3 reorgs in one year). Like seriously, just make a decision and stick with it for more than a month. sheesh
