Pros

None. Please run far away if you are considering taking a job here. If you are a current employee checking to see what was posted next, then you already know that no one is safe except for the favorites. And if you are a previous employee, congrats on getting out.

Cons

If you are coming here to read reviews before joining this company, or you are a current employee trying to find out how many people feel a certain way, then my suggestion is to read all the reviews and know they are very much true. I learned the hard way, so don’t make the same mistake. Before I was hired, I questioned the bad reviews. I was told by two different people that those reviews were posted by people who were not hard workers and didn’t fit in. In the meantime, over a year later, more reviews came in saying the exact same things. I can assure you, every single one of those reviews was posted by smart, hard-working people. People who companies would dream of having on their teams. But not this company. A few notes: • In the last 12 months, seven “senior leadership” team members left the company – either their choice or not their choice. One was male, six were female. (You can do some quick research on LinkedIn to verify that.) • As mentioned in so many reviews before this, they use outdated technology, doubling down on their horrific internal tools that don’t suit any business wanting to grow in 2023 and beyond. No chance of tracking the customer lifecycle in any capacity. This ensures that the excellent team members never really know what is going on with the customers that they are trying to help. • The turnover rate, as mentioned in so many other reviews, is staggering. It’s not just people leaving either. Firing people for simple mistakes or not knowing how to do their jobs because of a lack of training is rampant. (You can do some quick research on LinkedIn to verify that too.) • Do not try to submit new ideas for improvement or common sense. The rules here are: “let’s dust off what we did before and just use that”; “We always did it this way”; “You don’t know how we do things.” • The CEO, CSO and CCO are unmistakably ego driven and could care less about you as a person. As another review said, “you all are rude”. You will get yelled out and called names behind your back. You will hear people get yelled out on calls with others and you will hear the leadership team talk poorly about someone else right in front of you. Especially after they are gone. • There is little recognition for a job well done. They had an awards program in place, but no one in senior leadership used it. So, it was mostly amazing lower-level team members congratulating each other – because they were the only ones taking the time to ensure people got a pat on the back. • Lastly, don’t ever, ever take mental health time off. It is unacceptable here. Even after favorites take leaves due to the environment. How short the memories are.

Pros

Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

Cons

Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.
