Pros

Nothing. The free food was great when I needed to stress eat...which was all the time.

Cons

Everything. Upper management just says 'yes' to the CEO instead of questioning how this will be beneficial. Everything is micromanaged; you will spend half your day sending status updates. Count on working through lunch frequently (but not getting paid for it). Management will "strongly encourage" you to come in early/stay late. Do not make any mistakes as the CEO is a strong proponent of public humiliation as a way of managing employees (read: he will send a company-wide email detailing why you're an idiot). You will be provided minimal training, but held accountable if you mess anything up. Be ready to do things that don't fall under your job description (in what world does a business analyst invoice customers and follow up on missed payments?). If you are one of the lucky ones who get to travel, you will be expected, after being on-site with the customer from 8A-5P, to complete your office work from your hotel room. Tl;dr: every negative review on this page accurately reflects my experience working for this company. 0/10, would not recommend.

Pros

Great experience so far. Have worked here for 2 years and have learned a lot about the industry and how it works. Definitely a good company to work at.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about the company.

Pros

Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

Cons

Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.
