      Working with wonderful clients and dedicated staff. A chance to learn and or do something different everyday. The work day flexibility.

      Cons

      If you are not a part of "The Chosen" crew, there is no chance for advancement. No matter how hard you work and how much you work you will be passed over for advancements, bonuses or even a simple "Good job"

      Pros

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
