      The individuals, overall vision of company

      Cons

      Completely unorganized, do not care of safety, well being of individuals or staff. Talk down to people. No appreciation for hard work. No guidance, mixed messages, high turnover. Will take a toll on mental health.

      Pros

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
