The clients are great to work with.
Cons
This is a for-profit company in a non-profit industry. They do not care about the clients or the employees. Money, money, money is all they care about. They take advantage of employees and do not care about the clients. They use money from Medicare, Social Security, and Disability, do not spend it on the clients and bribe the management to not spend it on the clients by giving them a bonus equivalent to half of what they don't spend.
