      - Some of the clients were incredibly rewarding to work with

      Cons

      - Management played favorites. Those favorites could get away with anything and if others did the same things they would get in trouble. - We were expected to treat the clients like children. - If you were one of the favorites you could get away with sexually harassing coworkers in front of the clients. - DDA should probably investigate the ethical treatment of the clients, coworkers got away with verbal abuse.

      Pros

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
