      Pros

      The clients were amazing people and some of my coworkers were nice people.

      Cons

      All about money and profit, the company as a whole does not care about their employees or clients. Definitely overwork and under pay and show no appreciation. They found out I had a disability and immediately started trying to have a paper trail on me.

      Pros

      - they assign you the caseload - early intervention allows for good work life balance and schedule

      Cons

      little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
