Great Company Mission - Payroll Clerk Benchmark Human Services Employee Review

The company mission is amazing and I really wish I could've continued to work for them. However, I did not have an experienced manager who was able to give clear instructions and was giving conflicting information during training. Since working with a new system no formal training given making things difficult to understand. Also, for a company whose mission is to work with people with disabilities they have no compassion for parents of children with disabilities.
