Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed with the negative comments and wish your experience was more positive. As you mention, we have advancement opportunities, paid time off, and learning and development offerings. Due to customer service needs, departments will have to prioritize to make sure appropriate staffing levels are met. We trust our managers handle this fairly and our open door philosophy invites associates to voice concerns to management and/or HR if they feel otherwise.
