A perk to our sales roles is the flexible schedule. Taking advantage of our world-class tools and resources positions reps to not only be successful, but to enjoy a healthy work/life balance. After all, this should be a reward for their hard work. Flexible schedule and easy to manage my time

Cons

Not a lot of support from my regional sales manager she didn’t have dental experience and played favorites with other TR’s. She left shortly after I did but I would’ve stayed had I know. I just needed better support in growing my territory.
