Incompetent and dishonest leadership is driving this company into the ground. The only thing that matters is achieving $1B in sales. The customer experience is no longer important. Instead of holding sales leadership accountable to reach their goals, the owners have chosen to cast off dozens of high performing long term associates as a way to cut costs. Associates who are performing well are given bogus unsatisfactory performance evaluations as a way to build a case to terminate them. They have brought in a new hatchet man COO to do their dirty work. I have never met a more arrogant, self centered, and dishonest executive. Very unprofessional. Only concerned with himself and his possessions, which he will gladly tell you how much he paid for each one. You used to be able to share differing opinions and constructive criticism in this company. Now doing so will get you labeled as negative and find you being escorted out with your possessions in a box. Associate survey results are still positive, as everyone is afraid to speak the truth or express their real opinions. Management holds monthly associate meetings so they can lie to everyone's faces and say that the departed associated are leaving of their own accord, which is not true. None of these long term associates have left by their own choice. I would recommend staying far away from this company as they no longer place any value in their "Benco family".
