The company follows an agile software development process and will give anyone a chance to excel in their efforts and advance their career. Managers generally have a hands off approach, providing guidance, then allowing the engineers to design and develop software. At the same time they remain available for assistance when necessary. They maintain open communication on company initiatives and direction. The company maintains a casual working environment and allows flexible scheduling and working from home, plus offers an excellent package of benefits. As with most technology companies, engineers are expected to work hard but at the same time the company provides regular opportunities to unwind.
