Benefits are great, WFH, no micromanagement, great middle managers, inclusive culture

Cons

Career development was lackluster, leadership development left a lot to be desired, promises of promotion but new excuses every six months on reasons why go with external hires instead of internal promotion. Great insurance but other employee benefits are lackluster, no 401k match. Work performance measured by things outside of your control. Leadership talks about opportunities to grow at the company but continued to RIF's employees with seniority to avoid internal promotion.
